View an assignment
When you create an assignment for the predictive model you created, the Assignments pane displays the assignment. You can view batches only after the model finishes initial training. You can manually assign each batch to a different reviewer.
To view an assignment, complete the following procedure.

In the Main Menu, select and then Assignments.

As needed, click the Refresh
icon in the ASSIGNMENTS pane to view the latest updates. -
For the assignment you want to view, open it by clicking the arrow
. When the assignment is open, the arrow points downward. When you expand an assignment, the following details appear.-
Model: The name of the predictive model selected.

Status: Model build status.

Batches: The number of batches created.

Users: The number of reviewers assigned.

To view batch information, in , click
to open the Batches Status window. -
This window does not display any batches until you manually retrieve them.

Click Get Batch to retrieve a batch. Use the pagination tools at the bottom of the page to go to the first, previous, next, or last page.

By default, the system lists the batches in ascending order by batch name.

You can filter batches by Name or Assigned To.

Click Reset Filters to remove any applied filters.

In the Assigned To column, you can select a reviewer for each unassigned or released batch. Click Assign To and select the required user.

For the batches that are partially completed or review is not yet started, the system displays Release Batch. When you click Release Batch, the following occurs:

Uncoded documents from released batches are returned to the review queue. Every 15 minutes, the system checks for completed or released batches, retrains the model, updates predictions, and adjusts the review queue for documents that are still uncoded and not yet part of a retrieved batch.

For the partially completed batches, the system updates Doc Count to reflect the number of coded documents, and then marks the original batch as Completed.
